Over the last 50 years, Nick has seen and done it all. He started his journey in the business as a stunt person in the automotive and thrill shows, as well as a rodeo and a circus clown performer.
He later moved into the entertainment booking side of the business, where he traveled to fairs and festivals across the United States for 40+ years. Nick was a former Vice President for Variety Attractions for 45 years as he experienced the continuous changes in the industry first hand. Through the years not only did he become a trusted team member but also a true friend to the founder of Variety Attractions, George Moffett.
He has been a long-time member of the International Entertainment Buyers Association, Country Music Association, International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions and the Academy of Country Music. He was nominated twice for the Academy of Country Music’s Talent Buyer of the Year.
Today, Nick serves as Variety Attraction’s Senior Advisor. He is also in charge of the office and vehicle maintenance. Nick’s interests include being a husband, dad, and grandpa and is active in his church and church activities. Variety’s day to day operations have changed over the years but one thing that has stayed the same is his love for the company and his ability to do anything that is asked of him. Â
