With a passion for music and live events, Justine Vergeer began her career in the music industry at the Young Auditorium box office in 2004 while attending the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She joined the Wisconsin State Fair in 2009, excelling as a Marketing & Sponsorship Coordinator and later as Entertainment Manager. In 2011, Justine transitioned to the role of Community Development Manager at a nonprofit food bank in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she managed special event logistics and led a volunteer program of 12,000 participants.
Since joining Variety Attractions in 2019, Justine has served as a talent buyer for multiple fairs and festivals across the South and Southeast. She is an active member of the Academy of Country Music, the Country Music Association, the Association of Fairs and Expositions, and the International Entertainment Buyers Association. Justine currently lives in a small community west of Nashville, Tennessee, where she enjoys life as a wife and mother of three.
