For over thirty years, Point of Grace—Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, and Leigh Cappillino—have shaped the sound of contemporary Christian music with their soaring melodies and rich harmonies. Their latest album, Turn Your Eyes (Songs We Love, Songs You Know) Volume II, finds the Grammy-nominated trio reimagining beloved classics and introducing heartfelt originals, all produced by longtime friend Cindy Morgan. The project, their first full-length release in four years, was especially meaningful as the group navigated personal loss and sought comfort in the timeless truths of hymns and modern favorites like “Way Maker” and Amy Grant’s “Somewhere Down the Road.”
With a legacy that includes ten best-selling studio albums, induction into the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, and hits such as “How You Live (Turn Up The Music)” and “Circle of Friends,” Point of Grace continues to inspire. The new album features standout tracks like a moving rendition of Rich Mullins’ “Awesome God”—complete with a spoken word interlude and live audience chorus—and a vibrant cover of Wes King’s “I Believe.” Through every song, the trio’s faith and friendship shine, offering hope and encouragement to listeners. As Denise reflects, “In the middle of uncertainty, grief, confusion and loss over the past few years, it is Jesus who has remained our center—the place we find rest, security and hope.”
